Dr. Kanishk Bhadani is a Project Engineer and subject-matter expert at Roctim AB, specialising in crushing plant optimisation, performance analysis, and process improvement. He also holds a Research Specialist position at Chalmers University of Technology, where his work focuses on developing advanced methods for optimising crushing plant operation and design. His expertise includes optimisation methodologies, simulation and modelling, performance indicators, and data collection systems within crushing and screening circuits.
In addition to his research and development activities, Kanishk works closely with industry partners through site surveys and performance assessment projects. He has been involved in numerous field studies across crushing and screening operations, helping companies quantify plant performance, identify process bottlenecks, establish key performance indicators, and develop data-driven strategies for improving productivity, product quality, and operational efficiency.
He holds a PhD in Product and Production Development (Optimization Capabilities for Crushing Plants, Chalmers University of Technology, 2022) and a Master of Science in Product Development (Chalmers University of Technology, 2016).
